Actor Antonio Fargas, the jive-talking Huggy Bear from “Starsky and Hutch,” recently stopped by for an audio session. In “Murder City,” he plays the father of a disgraced cop forced into servitude to a criminal to pay off Antonio’s character’s debt. Thanks a lot, dad.
